The popular Nintendo 3DS series has reportedly been revived on Switch and PS4

A popular Nintendo 3DS series would be relaunched on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, PS4 and PC. As often, the Taiwan Digital Game Rating Board leaked a bunch of games, including a pair of ports for a pair of great Nintendo 3DS games. According to Taiwan’s rating committee, The Big Ace Lawyer Chronicles — made up of the Big Ace Lawyer and The Big Ace Prosecutor 2 — arrive on the aforementioned platforms. And for the moment, these are the only platforms that have been noted. There is no mention of PS5 or any Xbox console.

Unfortunately, that’s all the leaderboard reveals. There is no mention of a release date, however, usually, but not always, when a game is rated for release it is close to release, or at least it is when the ESRB or PEGI. Taiwan is known to rate games long before they are released, but also when they are announced.

In short, while it’s possible that these ratings mean that Capcom will have an official announcement soon, that assumption is far from a slam dunk. In fact, because nothing here is official and from the mouth of Capcom PR, it’s wise to take everything with a grain of salt. That said, if any of this sounds familiar, it’s because Capcom’s massive leak from last year – which is slowly but surely coming to pass – included word of both of these ports.

As of press time, Capcom hasn’t commented on any of this, and it’s unlikely to. Like many in the industry, Capcom maintains a fairly strict “no comment” policy when it comes to leaks, especially of the variety of scoreboards. If he provides a comment, we’ll be sure to update the story accordingly.
