Dubbed “work in progress” by Fewnity, Valve’s smart, fan-made version of the classic uses the DS touchscreen surprisingly well.
Allowing players to purchase their weapons on the lower touchscreen, the explosive action takes place above.
Fewnity has been working on this project for some time, with initial previews appearing as early as February 2021.
During the year, the budding game developer implemented several features such as rumble, better weapon management and even cross play on the same server, with the PlayStation Vita.
